The job started as a fault-finding/repair, but after a thorough inspection on the first day, Joe explained the issues clearly & provided options for the way forward. Joe maintained communication throughout the process, completed the job in a timely manner and provided photos throughout. Joe and the team turned up on time, were all polite and always kept the work area tidy including the neighbours’ properties. Their professionalism and quality workmanship was outstanding, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We are pleased with the work & would use them again. Highly recommended!

Lockhart roofing and Brickwork services have delivered a first class job. Throughout the works, we were informed of the work plan and schedule which was completed on time to a very high standard. The removal of waste and cleaning up on completion of what is inherently a messy task was very thorough. This is the second piece of work we have commissioned from Lockhart roofing and on each occasion the same exceptional standard has been maintained.

Chase out, repointing and soft brush brickwork, Jan 25

Joe of Lockhart Roofing & Brickwork was very reliable, turning up when advised and completing not only the job originally requested but he also completely re-pointed my garden paving slabs at a very fair price. He also identified a bigger problem with my house which could have been very dangerous and is coming back to fix that for me too. I would totally recommend Joe (Lockhart Roofing)

Joe was a very professional specialist. He was thorough, fast and courteous. This was a difficult problem as the water ingress only occurs in heavy rain with driving wind but Joe made every effoprt to simulate the problem in order to find the point(s) of ingress and repair them. Which he did swiftly and effectively.

Lockhart Brickwork and Roofing Services responded quickly and responsibly when contacted, being aware of the local weather forecast, to ensure the weatherproof integrity of our house roof. Joe acted beyond the call of duty of an honourable tradesperson to ensure that a roof tile was replaced despite the difficulties experienced concerning access.
